Regulamin przyznawania akredytacji dziennikarskich i pracy biura prasowego
FIS Puchar Świata w Skokach Narciarskich Zakopane 2023, 13-15.01.2023 r.

Przyjmowanie wniosków akredytacyjnych na FIS Puchar Świata w Skokach Narciarskich Zakopane 2023 zostało zakończone.
 
Potwierdzenie przyznania akredytacji lub informacja o odrzuceniu wniosku zostaną przesłane 6 stycznia 2023 r. do godz. 22:00

Accepting accreditation applications for the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Zakopane 2023 has been completed.

The confirmation of approving or rejecting the application for accreditation will be sent by e-mail not later than 6th of January 2023, 10 p.m.
 

1. Akredytacja dla dziennikarzy odbywać się będzie wyłącznie poprzez oficjalną stronę internetową zawodów: worldcup-zakopane.pl

2. Prawidłowo wypełnione zgłoszenia przyjmowane będą od 28 listopada 2022 r. do 5 stycznia 2023 r. włącznie.

3. Wnioski złożone w inny sposób i po upływie terminu nie będą rozpatrywane.  

4. Złożenie wniosku nie jest równoznaczne z przyznaniem akredytacji.

5. Potwierdzenie przyznania lub odrzucenia wniosku akredytacyjnego zostanie przesłane na adres e-mail podany w zgłoszeniu najpóźniej do 6 stycznia 2023 r. do godz. 22:00.

6. Akredytacje dziennikarskie są bezpłatne, przyznawane są w formie identyfikatora i nie podlegają zwrotowi. 

7. Akredytacją może się posługiwać wyłącznie jej właściciel. 

8. Używanie akredytacji w sposób niewłaściwy bądź niezgodny z obowiązującym prawem może skutkować jej odebraniem.

9. Akredytacje nie będą przyznawane osobom poniżej 18 roku życia.

10. Z powodu ograniczonej liczby dostępnych akredytacji biuro prasowe zastrzega sobie prawo wprowadzania limitu lub nieprzyznania żadnej akredytacji dla poszczególnych redakcji. Decyzje o udzieleniu lub odrzuceniu wniosków o akredytację są ostateczne i nie podlegają odwołaniu. 

11. Akredytacja upoważnia do:
a. otrzymania identyfikatora,
b. otrzymania kompletu materiałów prasowych i informacyjnych,
c. dostępu i korzystania ze sprzętu w biurze prasowym,
d. dostępu do strefy prasowej na skoczni,
e. dostępu do cateringu prasowego,
f. uczestnictwa w konferencjach i spotkaniach organizowanych przez biuro prasowe.

12. Identyfikatory akredytacyjne dla mediów będzie można odbierać w kontenerze przy bramie głównej Wielkiej Krokwi im. Stanisława Marusarza (Zakopane, ul. Bronisława Czecha 1), w następujących terminach:
a. 12.01.2023 (czwartek) w godz.: 15:00 – 18:00
b. 13.01.2023 (piątek) w godz.:  12:00 – 18:00
c. 14.01.2023 (sobota) w godz.:  10:00 – 16:00
d. 15.01.2023 (niedziela) w godz.:  14:00 – 16:00

13. Biuro prasowe FIS Pucharu Świata w Skokach Narciarskich Zakopane 2023 mieścić się będzie w pawilonie głównym Wielkiej Krokwi im. Stanisława Marusarza (Zakopane, ul. Bronisława Czecha 1). 

14. Biuro prasowe będzie czynne w następujących terminach:
a. 13.01.2023 (piątek) w godz.:  14:00 – 22:00
b. 14.01.2023 (sobota) w godz.:  13:00 – 21:00
c. 15.01.2023 (niedziela) w godz.:  13:00 – 21:00

15. Biuro prasowe udostępni akredytowanym dziennikarzom bezprzewodowe łącze internetowe oraz umożliwi  korzystanie z internetu przewodowego. Ponadto biuro prasowe wyposażone będzie w drukarkę, kopiarkę i inny potrzebny sprzęt biurowy. Przygotowane zostaną także miejsca do pracy.

16. Koszty połączeń internetowych oraz transmisji danych akredytowanych dziennikarzy pokrywane będą wyłącznie na terenie biura prasowego. 

17. Do biura prasowego będą mieli wstęp jedynie akredytowani dziennikarze. 

18. Akredytowani dziennikarze zobowiązują się do nie publikowania w internecie i z pomocą innych form masowego przekazu, materiałów filmowych i dźwiękowych objętych prawami licencyjnymi i majątkowymi takich instytucji i firm jak: Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS), Polski Związek Narciarski (PZN), Tatrzański Związek Narciarski (TZN) oraz Telewizja Polska S.A. (TVP S.A.). 

19. W kwestiach spornych ostateczną i wiążącą decyzję oraz interpretację powyższego regulaminu podejmuje szef biura prasowego, kierując się ogólnie pojętym dobrem dla całości imprezy.

Regulations concerning granting press accreditations and the work of the press office during 
FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Zakopane 2023, 13th – 15th of January 2023

1. Press accreditations will be granted only through the official website of the competitions worldcup-zakopane.pl 

2. Correctly filled in applications will be accepted from 28th of November 2022 to 5th of January 2023, inclusive.

3. Applications submitted in other way and after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Submission an application is not tantamount to granting accreditation.

5. The confirmation of approving or rejecting the application for accreditation will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the application form not later than 6th of January 2023, 10 p.m.

6. Press accreditations are free of charge, in the form of an ID card, and non-returnable.

7. Only the holder of the press accreditation is entitled to use it.

8. Using the press accreditation in an inappropriate manner or not in conformity with the current law can result in depriving the holder from the right to use the accreditation.

9. Press accreditations shall be granted only to adults (above 18 years of age).

10. Due to the limited number of available accreditation press office reserves the right to limit the accreditation for specific editorial or agency. Decisions to grant or reject applications for accreditation are final and not subject to appeal. 

11. Press accreditation entitles to:
a. a press ID card,
b. a set of press and information materials,
c. access to the equipment in the Press Office,
d. access to the press zone in the hill,
e. catering for the press,
f.  participation in conferences and meetings organised by the Press Office.

12. The press ID will be issued at the pavilion at the main gate of the Stanislaw Marusarz Ski Jumping Hill in Zakopane (Wielka Krokiew), Bronisława Czecha Street 1.
Working hours:
a. 12.01.2023 (Thursday), from 15:00 to 18:00
b. 13.01.2023 (Friday), from 12:00 to 18:00
c. 14.01.2023 (Saturday), from 10:00 to 16:00
d.    15.01.2023 (Sunday), from 14:00 to 16:00                                                         

13. The Press Office of the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Zakopane 2023 will be organized in the main pavilion of the Stanislaw Marusarz Ski Jumping Hill in Zakopane (Wielka Krokiew), Bronisława Czecha Street 1.

14. Opening hours of the Press Office:
a. 13.01.2023 (Friday), from 14:00 to 22:00
b. 14.01.2023 (Saturday), from 13:00 to 21:00
c. 15.01.2023 (Sunday), from 13:00 to 21:00 

15. The Press Office guarantees accredited journalists access to quick Wireless as well as Wired Internet connection. Moreover, the Press Office will be equipped with a printer, a high level copying machine and other necessary equipment. Also work places will be prepared.

16. The costs of the Internet connections and transmissions of data of all the accredited journalists will be covered only if they are on the premises of the Press Office.
17. Only accredited journalists shall have access to the Press Office.

18. The accredited journalists oblige themselves not to publish film footage and audio materials, which are subject to licensed property rights of such institutions and companies as: the Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS), Polish Ski Federation (PZN), Tatra Ski Federation (TZN) and Polish Television (TVP S.A.) on the Internet and via other forms of mass media.

19. The final and valid decision concerning resolving any disputes and interpreting of the above regulations shall be taken by the Head of the Press Office and will always be in the interest and for the generally understood highest good of the whole event.
